Our Mission

We serve as a global leader and partner to eliminate corneal blindness worldwide by 2040.

Our Vision

To restore sight and hope to all in need through eye donation and corneal transplantation

Our Goal

To achieve annual rate of 100,000 transplants in India.

Our Values

  • Create Impact: Our work transforms lives - avoidable blindness is a global issue, and we know there is a solution. We are all stewards of our resources, so be intentional about how each decision and action can maximize our impact in helping the world see clearly. Act with purpose, strive for efficiency, and always keep the end goal in mind.

  • Thrive Together: We believe the best work happens when we work together as one team towards one vision. Be empathetic, respectful, open-minded, and honest with your colleagues and partners – even when you disagree. Take ownership of your responsibilities and your mistakes, and always strive toward excellence.

  • Foster Inclusion: As a global organization, we welcome diversity and believe everyone should be seen, heard, and valued. We all share in the responsibility to uphold an environment of inclusivity, dignity and respect for each other, our partners, our volunteers, and those whom we serve. Diversity and inclusion are more than just the sum of our many parts - they enable us to flourish.

  • Keep Growing: Embrace what makes you unique. Stay curious, challenge yourself, and seek to evolve both personally and professionally. Innovate, take educated risks, and learn from failures as a way to continuously improve. As each individual grows, so does the whole organization.

  • Choose Positivity: Focus on solutions, not problems. Strive for and assume positive intent. Keep things in perspective and remain adaptable in the face of challenges. Lift each other up because we all succeed as a team.

  • Be Passionate: This team is changing the world! Never forget the difference your work can make on someone’s life. Bring your joy and passion to work every day, celebrate each other regularly, and remember to have fun along the way.
